Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer all telephone calls in a courteous manner, identifying the department and greeting the caller, offering help when necessary.
- Taking messages when the person concerned is not available.
- Make phone call on behalf of Management when necessary. Ensure that all contact numbers are updated.
- Entertain in a polite manner all club members and visitors with related enquiries.
- Maintain an organized filing system.
- Follow up proper tee time booking.
- Ensure all sales/cash are properly logged and recorded.
- Follow up on all corporate events, liaise with the departments concerned and ensure clear information.
- Follow instructions from head of department / manager.
- Comply with Income auditors or account staff instructions.
- Exposure in the front office environment.
- Compliance on assigned duty schedule/shift.
- Other duties that may be assigned by the head of department from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications
- Honest and determined
- Active and polite manner.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- Able to maintain positive outlook.
- Has a sense of urgency.
- Customer service oriented.
- Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems and scanners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong multitasking skills
- Experience with databases, and operating office equipment.
- Knowledge in Intelligent Golf is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Golf is an advantage.
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is highly desirable.
